He then joined Oriflame Research & Development in Dublin, Ireland where he now holds the position of Director of Product Safety and has over 10 years experience working within the cosmetic industry. Garrett is the chairperson of the ICDA (Irish Cosmetic, Detergent and Allied Products Association) and represents the ICDA on Cosmetics Europe Expert Team on Ingredients.
